Research Article

Research articles present original peer-reviewed investigations into questions central to trust and safety. Strong research articles formulate scholarly rigor study and findings while remaining accessible to diverse audiences, including academics, industry practitioners, policymakers, and the public.

Successful submissions articulate a clear contribution to trust and safety knowledge. The research design and methodology must be appropriate for answering the stated questions, with transparent reporting of data collection methods, analytical approaches, and any limitations.

Although there are no word limits, research articles published by the Journal typically range from 3,000 to 5,000 words, excluding references and supplementary materials.

The next deadline for research article submissions is April 30, 2026. Papers submitted by this deadline will be considered for publication in the Conference Proceedings Issue for 2026 Trust and Safety Research Conference. Accepted manuscripts will be guaranteed a speaking spot at the conference.
